3. James Alexander² Fullerton, Jr. (James Alexander¹) was born in Centre co., PA 1824.

He married Susan Catherine Chandler in Brookville?, 7 Jul 1846. Susan was born 1825/6. Not sure whether she was born in Alexandria, Huntingdon co, PA or in Full Moon, Centre co., PA.

Susan died 15 Apr 1896 in Brookville, Jefferson co., PA, at 69 years of age. James, Jr., stayed in the Brookville area, working first as a laborer and tenant farmer, later as a moulder/mechanic. Both he and his wife were Methodists. He was living on Pine Street in Brookville at the time of his death. He died of dropsy, and his wife Susan of stomach cancer. They had at least eight children.

James Alexander Fullerton, Jr. and Susan Catherine Chandler had the following child:

7 i. James Dowling³ Fullerton was born in Brookville, Jefferson co., PA 15 Apr 1847. James D. Fullerton was the first dentist in Elk co., PA.
