He married twice. He married Lillie May Avery in Omaha, Douglas co., NE, 12 June 1906. Lillie was born in Blair, Washington co., NE 12 May 1889. Lillie was the daughter of Elias Monroe Avery and Martha Jane Bovee. He married Lurana Rebecca Goodwin in Cheyenne, Laramie co., WY, 7 Mar 1956. Dolly was born in Victor, Iowa co., IA 26 Jun 1882. Dolly was the daughter of John Lloyd Goodwin and Charlotte Rebecca Wilson. Dolly died 23 Aug 1968 in Scottsbluff, Scottsbluff co., NE, at 86 years of age. Her body was interred 25 Aug 1968 in Morrill, Scottsbluff Co., NE, Forest Lawn.

151 ii. Wilbur Leroy Hardesty was born in Ranchester, Sheridan co., WY 10 Feb 1908. Burr died 22 Jun 1989 in Scottsbluff, Scottsbluff co., NE, at 81 years of age. He married Erma Beryl Hale 1 Mar 1928. Erma was born in Burton, Harvey co., KS 1908. Erma was the daughter of Daniel Burton Hale and Mary Euphema Carey. Erma died 12 Sep 1996 Torrington, Goshen co., WY, at 88 years of age.

152 iii. John Robert Eli Hardesty was born in Grover, Weld co., CO 25 Jan 1910. He married Avis Castle.

153 iv. Fanne Irene Hardesty was born in Grover, Weld co., CO 19 Jan 1912. Fanne died 30 Sep 1927 in Morrill, Scottsbluff Co., NE, at 15 years of age. Her body was interred 2 Oct 1927 in Morrill, Scottsbluff Co., NE, Forest Lawn cemetery.

154 v. Vera Rosella Josephine Hardesty was born in Grover, Weld co., CO 19 Apr 1915. Vera died 3 Sep 1975 in Sacramento, Sacramento co., CA, at 60 years of age. Her body was interred 6 Sept 1975 in Sacramento, Sacramento co., CA. She married Kenneth Jerome Calapp in Henry, Scottsbluff co., NE, 27 May 1937. 156 vii. Lloyd Lavern Hardesty was born in Henry, Scottsbluff co., NE 1 Jan 1924. He married Audrey Elaine Haddix Torrington, Goshen co., WY, 10 Nov 1946. Audrey was born in Morrill, Scottsbluff Co., NE 6 May 1928. Audrey is the daughter of Cecil C. Haddix and Lora Belle Richardson.
