He married Sarah Herter Johnstown, Weld co., CO, 16 June 1920. Sarah was born 16 Jun 1893. Sarah was the daughter of David Herter. Sarah died 1981 at 88 years of age.

She married Rev. Homer Philon Bollinger in Casper, Natrona co., WY, before Feb 1950. Homer was born in Valparaiso, Porter co., IN 1 Jun 1923.

167 iii. Clara Jean Hardesty was born 1927. She married Robert George Amen.

168 iv. Robert Larue Hardesty was born in Cody, WY 25 Nov 1928. He married Phyllis Mary Bartsche in Casper, Natrona co., WY, 23 Oct 1959. Phyllis was born in Douglas, Converse Co., WY 20 May 1929.
