He married three times. He married an unknown person Torrington, Goshen co., WY, 7 Oct 1928. He married Mary Ruth Duncan Torrington, Goshen co., WY, 7 Oct 1928. Mary was born in Republican, NE 13 Nov 1909. Mary was the daughter of Jess Duncan and Lucy Duncan. Mary died 28 May 1937 in Sioux co., NE, at 27 years of age. Her body was interred 30 May 1937 in Morrill, Scottsbluff Co., NE, Forest Lawn cemetery.

Leroy Samuel Sidney Hardesty and Mary Ruth Duncan had the following children:
